Horrible service from the start take the car in Thursday and doesn't get seen until Monday when they do look at it they try and say it's the part I already replaced, replace the part and tell me it's good 560 bucks later. I come and get it drove it 5 miles the issue is still happening I take it back they want another 400 for a water pump then realize it's not the issue but charge me 320 bucks to replace a damn thermostat, worst auto shop experience hands down and the front desk people are lazy and lie, I'd rather go to a damn jiffy lube honestly. Oh and they had the car for over a week. They recently answered the review completely incorrect and said my previous review was not the truth, Yes the car was 18 years old and it had a splice in a wire, I had called them and informed them the the car would die AND that the car "OVERHEATS" which I told 2 individuals that work at the front desk, they fixed one issue and forgot the other. They did not recommend the less expensive option of changing the water pump or thermostat which is highly false it's either one part needs to be replaced or the other. Recommending and not verifying which part needs to be replaced, It's not a guessing game? Since they said the water pump was bad at first and were going to charge me to replace it, then some mechanic there thank god said that the water pump wasn't bad, so in all actuality they didn't recommend the lesser they tried to get me to pay another $500 possibly more. In standing up for the truth this place has an inappropriate way of dealing with customers. To top it all off they charged me 320 bucks to replace the thermostat which is outrageous when the part cost 10 bucks and takes 10 minutes to replace... And I went to pick the car up and the hood wasn't even latched. From start to finish it was a nightmare, I'd still go to jiffy lube over this place

After becoming totally frustrated trying to make an appointment With AAA for a state inspection, I found American Pride during a random google search. I have driven past this business countless times and just assumed they were only a car sales place. Getting a next day appointment was so easy to do online, and when I arrived I was treated very warmly and politely by Katee. I normally dread any type of automotive dealings and let my husband handle it, but she was so knowledgeable and pleasant I won't hesitate to return when I need any future service or repair. Five stars, thank you!

After visiting several other auto shops regarding an issue that had been going on for a year, my daughter took her car to American Pride. They were polite, helpful and able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. Definitely worth 5+ stars! Highly recommend!

First time visit and will absolutely return. Was greeted very professionally and car was taken right in for my appointment. Service was performed while I waited. Lug nut on one wheel was not reinstalled at last maintenance by another auto service business. American Pride took care of replacing it at no charge. You can tell customer service and satisfaction is the #1 priority at American Pride. Also love the "Auto Vitals" system that will now allow me access to all my service records on-line for all cars we own. This is a very unique capability that I've not seen anywhere else in this business. 5 stars all the way around to Charlie Marcotte and his team.

I’ve been coming here for at least 8 years or more. I can count on them to be honest and fair. Greg and the front desk team are always polite, respectful and just enjoyable to work with. I can say the same for Tyler and the other mechanics who have taken the time to show me what needs to be done and why. I highly recommend.
