Excellent service department.  I've had my old TJ, XJ and our 2015 Grand Cherokee worked on/serviced there.  Very satisfied every visit.  Cole is the Service Adviser I've always worked with.  Very squared away young man, highly recommend him.

Not going to go on a rant, but there service department needs some serious help. Have them fix your car at your own risk.  They are experts on billing and payments they have that down.  Attitude, integrity, honesty, and hospitality are way they fall short

I got a Factory Recall Notice for  my drivers airbag inflator and my passenger airbag on my 2009 Dodge Dakota. I called the service department on Friday, and they scheduled me for Monday morning. They said it might take most of the day, I decided to wait and do some work on my laptop. They have a nice waiting area with cable TV, Wi-Fi, beverages, and snacks. Josh was my service advisor and Andrew was my service tech. They kept me informed of what was happening and after a walk around inspection provided me with some maintenance recommendations. Everyone there was friendly and the work was completed sooner than expected. Thanks very much!!!

Salesman was extremely friendly and accommodating. The other gentleman, that improvised the trade allowance and price negotiations, not so accommodating. Ended up walking out after driving 125 miles up there. Ended up buying in VB.

Michael Dye was fabulous in helping me purchase my new Jeep!  Everything went smoothly and he accommodated my busy schedule so the transaction was awesome!!  I highly recommend Michael!!!
