Had been shopping around the past few months, not really knowing what we wanted. Spoke with Todd Alderman a few times, no pressure, but very helpful. We ultimately decided on a new 2018 Ford Explorer XLT 4x4, with a very specific feature package and color... In other words hard to find and get a good deal. But Todd did find it, and had it moved to his lot from Maryland. Todd got us a fair deal on our trade in and worked to find extra rebates. After it was all said and done, and we had agreed to a price... A price I was happy with, Todd went and found another $1000 military rebate that had just went into effect. He didn't have to do that. I'm thankful that he did. So if your looking for a new Ford, ask for Todd. He treated us right, and I think he will treat you right too.

Big shout out to this business and especially to Stuart Young!  When we decided to buy a 2018 Mustang GT, we went to different Ford dealers and requested their bottom line out the door price.  Williamsburg Ford not only earned our business with the lowest price, but also with their willingness to help and keep us in the loop during the entire process of building the car.  When it came time to actually pick up the car, they were extremely accommodating, and also kept the car under cover inside until we could get there.  It was also the shortest amount of time that we have ever spent completing the paperwork at the dealership.  Ron Gibson had all of the necessary papers ready and we wrote the check and out the door we went.  
If you're looking for low pressure tactics and information on all products, this is definitely the place to go.  If we buy/purchase another Ford, this will definitely be the place we will return to.  Thanks everyone for this great experience, and also for your help Stu!   Jane and Par Olsson

On several truck-buying trips to Williamsburg Ford in October 2017, I found they had a great current model year Ford car and pickup truck inventory, as well as a good selection of used vehicles. Their location was very convenient and accessible, yet had an almost country feel.

Sales staff were informal...no suits to be found at this dealer. Sales assistance was almost immediate and down-home friendly.

My experience with a new pickup truck purchase revealed old-school sales tactics that caught me off guard for such a folksy place. The dickering and numbers shell games were an anomaly to an otherwise great Ford dealership--just altogether too stressful for my taste. I regrettably did not check TrueCar online pricing service until after the fact on this purchase! My bad.

Williamsburg Ford offers complimentary oil changes and state inspections for life at their facility for new car purchases! That's a nice perk.

The waiting area for their service department is bare bones, though not unpleasant. Bring your own beverage and smart phone to keep yourself occupied while waiting.

Williamsburg Ford is closed on Sundays, as I discovered on one of my trips there.

Final assessment: five stars for selection, location, informal atmosphere. One star for dated sales tactics. Give them a try and judge for yourself!

The best vehicle purchase experience ever! Buying a vehicle is a stressful experience for me but not here. In my web search for the truck I was looking for, I found exactly what I wanted at Williamsburg Ford. I first started my inquiry via phone and made the decision to travel from North Carolina. Kathleena, Byron and Steve were extremely helpful and made the entire experience stress free,  applying no pressure and allowed me to take my time in the decision making process. They are serious about delivering excellence in customer service and provided me with substantial savings in my purchase price. I will definitely buy from here again!
