Story

Family-owned and operated, European Cars of Williamsburg is an independent automotive maintenance service and sales provider conveniently located minutes from downtown Williamsburg, offering a full range of automotive services. Established in 2003, European Cars of Williamsburg is locally owned and operated by Konstantin “Gus” Fotiadis who’s been offering his automotive expertise in the Williamsburg area since 1983.

The entire family is involved in the business; Gus's wife, Marina, in accounting, his daughter and son-in-law, Helen and Saki, in sales, his son, Chris, in service, and his entire team of talented technicians, Travis, Tony, and Cedric.

Got my dream car from them a 2002 Z3m roadster. They were super helpful as I had to travel from GA. Helen was super helpful the whole way through. Answered all my questions perfectly and Saki was very knowledgeable on the car. It was also great to have a conversation with a fellow BMW enthusiast. If you are ever looking for a BMW M car these guys know their stuff and will give you a quality car. Also drove the car 1000 miles that weekend to GA and had no problems. They even checked to see how the car did after the weekend trip. Great people and service. Wish I could use them to work on my car. The car now with 1500 miles added on still is running strong!!! I have only had it for two weeks!!!

Recently bought one of their used cars. I had a great buying experience; it was all very easy. I would just go there to socialize if they started serving beer... I have taken the car on numerous long trips with no problems and am very happy with the purchase overall. Definite recommend.

Service was quick and the job was done well. I've been back a few times now the people are always friendly. They've always got a couple of cool cars in the showroom. I had a major repair done on my car it was done quickly and cery well. They're not the cheapeast around but you get what you pay for and they won't olay games with you.

I have a BMW and had a flat tire while on vacation in Williamsburg.  I went to European Cars to get a new tire. Chris was amazing.  He didn't have my tire size but he checked the air pressure in the tires and then called OTHER TIRE BUSINESSES in the area to find my tire size.  No one had it and I had to settle for my full-size spare but he went above and beyond trying to get me a new tire! I come to Williamsburg every year and will come back to him if I ever have car trouble while here.

My car failed inspection due to my rear lights. I was quoted over $600 to fix it. I took it to European Cars of Williamsburg. The mechanic replaced a bulb and passed my inspection. The mechanic could see how the situation was stressing me out and didn't charge me any extra. Just for the inspection. The customer service I received was beyond amazing! I will definitely go back.
