My wife and I visited Holiday Chevy to see a car they had advertised on Autotrader, and Jeff Dunn came out to talk with us shortly after we arrived.  I explained we were just looking and he let us take the car for a test drive.  At no time did we feel any pressure from him or anyone else at the dealership to make a purchase, but my wife liked the car (as did I) so we went ahead and bought it right there without having even looked at other vehicles elsewhere.  Their price was great and they even fixed a couple minor interior issues for us at no charge, letting me borrow a vehicle while they were fixing them!  I've bought at least 10 cars in my life and can honestly say this was the nicest buying experience I've ever had.  Thanks Jeff!

Had nothing but an excellent experience here.  The staff were professional and courteous.  The sales associate I worked with, Whitney, was a pleasure to do business with.  Her customer service skills are far above average, along with her knowledge of the business.  The offers they gave me were extremely fair, that's including trade-in value for my vehicle and the offer of the vehicle I bought.  The extended warranty program they offer is nothing short of outstanding.  If you're buying here, definitely take advantage of it!  The bank they do business with offers competitive rates if you're going to finance.  They actually provide moderately better rates than NFCU.  Overall, I would 100% recommend this business if you're in the market for a new or used vehicle.

Monday, May 7, 2018. Worst customer service!  I came in for what I   thought a simple repair, my screen kept showing me a coolant sign.  I thought my car was over heating.  I purchased my car from here. I also asked for the courtesy driver to take me home.   The service manager was rude, had a nasty attitude.  We don't go that far and we are not paying for a rental, loud and in front of other customers.  My warranty is in effect.  I asked for my keys and left went straight to Suttle Motors and had a wonderful experience.  I won't be going back.

This visit was with the body shop and parts department. Both departments continue to be 100% professional. Take care of my needs, and take the time to talk about specifics of situation. I have been dealing with the parts department for a long time and cant say enough about them.  Service department has struggled over time with personnel changes, but the service manager is top notch and has always been professional and done a great job of taking care of business.
