Story

The Casey Auto Group was founded by the late Arthur M. Casey in 1958 as a single franchise dealership. Today the Casey organization is still a family owned and operated business headed by Arthur S. Casey, alongside a dedicated and talented staff, and consists of 6 locations in Newport News and Williamsburg.

Casey Toyota,  I drove up and asked for a maintenance update. The service guy. Brandon said, we can do that for you right now. He then showed me where I can watch TV and have all the free coffee I desire. And then they performed the task. No let's see if we can fit you in next week.  No excuses of short handed staff. Simple efficient use of time and great customer service.  Well played Casey, well played.

Bought my first adult car here last year and the service staff is so much more enjoyable than Casey Honda. The staffing is more professional and very friendly! I had a bad first visit but found out it was because they assigned me to the new guy, but he has been great ever since. 

Time of waiting is generally pretty quick. An hour for every 10,000 mile inspection and state inspection done at the same time. Oil change took about 35 mins on a busy day

Customer service provided by the Service advisor from my last visit was exceptional.  However, I have never forgot my buying experience with Casey Toyota.  My salesmen, Rob, was great, however, the F&I Manager, older guy was absolutely pathetic. He was very condescending and rude. If I wouldn’t have been towards the end of the deal ,I would have walked out.  My wife and I have purchased a total of 7 Toyota’s in 8 years from one dealership in Arlington TX because they understand the value of customer service, unlike your F&I Manager, and earned our business. We only buyToyotas.  Our next purchase will be a Toyota, however, not from Casey.

Brandon is great (service rep).  Sales Dept is s terrible.  John Ogden did not know enough about the product to be selling it.  Our biggest criteria was to have a dependable multi address capable GPS (due to my job).  I was assured the Scout GPS link could.  It doesn't.

Lexis in service always takes great care of me when I take my Rav 4 in for service. The techs found that I needed rear shocks, so they gave me a loaner car to use while the car was repaired. Lexis has helped my husband and me with our cars for years now. It is nice to be known and treated in a friendly manner.
