I moved from NY and have started using this dealership for my service. My advisor Ben along with all other service staff are top notch. They make sure to give you the best service possible and I always have my car back quickly. They never upsell you. That is huge to me. They are extremely considerate and caring. They will give you recommendations but again they never push any service that is not needed on a customer. Two words I would have never used to associate the staff at a car dealership (honest & caring). 

But Nissan Of Williamsburg is not you average dealership. 

If you are looking to have your car serviced in the area, this is the place to go if you want fair, honest, and superior service to your vehicle.

By far the best experience I have ever had and could ever ask for with having my car serviced! I usually go to places like Jiffy Lube or Goodyear, but I seem to be consistently disappointed and my car tends to be worse off than when I dropped it off. Everyone at Priority Nissan was extremely helpful, honest, and friendly throughout the whole process. I had major mechanical issues that needed to be fixed, and they emailed me a thorough vehicle health inspection report with quoted prices for everything. Not only did they provide excellent results for the services I requested (my car is back to how it was when I first bought it!), but they also replaced recalled parts without charge, did a complimentary car wash, and reduced the labor charged for fixing things that were in the same area. I never write reviews, but I had to take a moment to commend these amazing individuals for the quality works they do and their excellent customer service skills. Thank you so much, Priority Nissan!

I bought a used 2016 370Z with only 1100 miles on it, that's right eleven hundred miles.  Nothing wrong with it;  it's basically a new car and in fantastic condition.  We got a stellar deal!  I can  recommend this dealership with personal satisfaction damn near guaranteed! The staff here are wonderful. Randall Plaxa was the salesman and he was fantastic to work with.  Personable and really worked to give  me the best deal that he could. Buy here with the utmost confidence, you won't be sorry!

Kevin and his Service Department were wonderful.  I am from PA and was in town for a soccer tournament and had an issue with the lights on my vehicle.  They got me right in and helped resolve the issue very quickly.   Thank you so much to Kevin and his staff!

The sales representative listened to our need for a car. Made it possible for us to achieve our goal. A positive for the attitude presented by the dealership. The customers satisfaction is more important than selling a vehicle that is for the dealerships benefit.
