Went in to buy family room set. George did a fantastic job. He listened to my needs, then steered me towards the perfect set for my home. It wasn't what I came in to buy, but ended up being the better choice. He was meticulous with details, kind, friendly, and informed. Would definitely work with him again.

I was going to leave a really long review but after reading some it seems this company is known for that. I had my sectional deliver today my stairway got scratch the wall got scratches and also a dent in the ceiling. All the guy said was y'all going to need to touch up the walls with paint. So I took pictures of the damage contact asf was transfer 3 times to the "delivery dept" never got an answer finally after the 4th time I call I spoke to manager had to tell him to listen to me and stop transferring my call. I was giving an email to send the pictures too and was told they will follow up. Definitely would not recommended anyone to the Buford Ga location terrible customer service never buying anything from them again.

I purchased sectional sofa and bed from Buford store on 2016 Black Friday. One of the seat of sectional scratched hardwood floor very bad in my living room. I found screw attached on the leg of that seat. I informed the store and send them email with pictures. They informed me to call Duluth store since it was delivered from there. I called Duluth store, spoke with store general manager Robert Manns and he assured me that Travelers insurance will call and take care of the damages. I never received the call from travelers insurance. Now year has been passed since my purchase, I sent many many emails to Duluth and Buford stores, spoke with store managers multiples times and the issue still not resolved. All I got from the managers were false promises and lies. Customer service is non existent. I would give 0 star if I could. Stay away from American Signature Furniture.

I bought a 3 piece sectional from American Signature about 4 years ago. I also bought the extended warranty. Now I need to use it and have been jumping through hoops. Opened a case with the warranty company who then closed it and sent it back to the store to handle. No one called to tell me this, but instead I get an email that says to call the store. I call corporate who then says that the warranty company should be handling it. Corporate puts me on hold and then I am told the store would be handling it. They schedule someone to come out and take photos of the pieces and then leave. It has been a week and no one has even bothered to contact me. Talked to customer service yesterday (8/23/2017). They tried to get in touch with the store, but was put on hold. Then they came back and said someone would call me back in a little while. That never happened. Now today I have been talking to customer service again and they have escalated it to corporate, but it will take two days for a response. I liked the furniture when we bought it, but now the material is cracked and peeling off. Not happy with the experience. May be going back to Rooms to Go for our furniture.

-0 is my experience with this location. FULL size bed was ordered and a twin size mattress was delivered. I Obviously denied the delivery. I wad told the store would call me they never did. I had to end up driving to this location. The receptionist and manager were trying to convince me that I ordered a twin mattress. Now I have to wait 5 more days for a mattress. Its like they are robots going through the motion with no care or concern for the customer.
