Attentive sales staff.  I went there with my mom to look at a specific item we found online. While the item was not on the floor, the sales person helped us to order the item and have it delivered  to my mom's house at a discount  (compared to simply ordering it online). They were however really set on up - selling us on warranties etc. So be ready to stand your ground and say "no" many times if you're not interested in those.

First, the positives.  Great furniture, great salesman, great location.  Now the negatives, it ain't cheap.  I spent a LOT of money there and they charged for delivery on top of it.  They offered me financing at zero percent for five years BUT I wanted to pay NOW.  Why don't I get a discount because I can pay NOW?  They screwed up the first delivery and brought me a broken chair.  They said I'd have to wait almost 10 days for a replacement BUT they managed to get another one out in five days.  HOWEVER, that chair isn't working EITHER.  NOW Im waiting about two weeks for a technician.  I TRIED to be proactive and buy these items in plenty of time for my company but THEY dropped the ball.  Here I am STILL waiting for them to resolve this issue.  Will I get a discount?  I doubt it...

Just got a loveseat and couch delivered.  The couch is damaged.  I immediately tried calling the truck driver back and no answer.  I called the customer service line and they said that couch isn't available until March.  I said that is unacceptable and let me speak to a manager.  She said they will tell you the same thing.  They said they will get back with me tomorrow if anything changed.  Translation, I will be calling back again tomorrow because I know no one will be reaching out to me.

The sales people are just so-so... Not pushy, but not that into listening to you and your needs. Very busy place. Don't bend over backward to get your sale!
