Went to rooms to go on Sat Jan.13 2018 ordered two beds one king one Queen and mattress spent about 4000. Beds were scheduled to be delivered on Jan. 18 between 2-6 pm. I called that morning at 10 am to ensure delivery, at that point delivery was confirmed. I then proceeded to remove the current beds from my home to make room for the delivery. I then waited until around 5:30pm on Jan.18 before I called customer service, who once again confirmed the delivery. After continuing to wait, at 7pm I then called customer service again, I was then informed that my delivery was rescheduled for the following day Jan.19 2018 from 2-6pm. At this point I'm an pissed now my wife, kids, and myself have to sleep on the floor, not to mention it's 15° outside. My question is why was I not informed, if my wife had not called we would have just been waiting. Horrible customer service people depend on you guys to deliver when you say, I left work early to be home, now I have to do it again tomorrow. I am so frustrated right now I almost want to get my money back and just take my business elsewhere. TO ANY FUTURE CUSTOMER PLEASE DON'T RELY ON THEIR SCHEDULE DELIVERY TIME THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY SO YOU CAN LEAVE THE STORE AFTER THAT THEY HAVE YOU WHERE THEY WANT YOU!!!!

Went for the president's day sale and found a few things we purchased. Prices were ok, but we loved the couch set so we got it. Terry Culp Jr was our salesman and he was great. Setup the delivery for exactly when we wanted. We are going back to buy the dinette set when we know the dimensions of the kitchen. Thanks again Terry!

We had a great experience at this store. Carol was our sales associate and she is awesome! We went in the store 30 minutes before closing on Saturday, looking for a sofa set. Carol took the initiative and showed us around the complete store. Since the store was closing we decided to return the next day, and we did. We told Carol about our budget and she was very helpful in finding the furniture that suited our budget, as well as, our design options. At first we were looking only for a sofa set, but, we ended up purchasing a dining table set too! They have great selection and great customer service. Would highly recommend this location.

Has not change a lot. Our sales person the worst not helpful at all. We wanted to change him but he kept stalking us the name is Maurice. Nothing was special about the place or the furniture. Collections stay in place too long from or our previous visit. It has a huge parking lot free. Conveniently located and close to mayor hwys.

My wife and I worked with Ann Coffey during our most recent trip to Rooms To Go. Ann was the perfect blend of professional and personable, and while it didn’t feel like she was hovering, she was always there when we had a question or needed to check availability. RTG’s prices are reasonable, but the sales associates can make or break a deal, and Ann did a wonderful job making sure we found everything to make our room look beautiful.
