We just completed a great sofa buying experience with Brownlee's. Sales associate Linda knew her product. We had done some serious shopping, and Brownlee's had the best price by far. Special order arrived earlier than promised, prompt notification, good resolution. A smooth, pressure-free transaction. Will definitely shop there again when we need furniture!

Let me start with customer service here. The staff are amazing. That is one of the things I was looking for in a furniture store. However, this bad review is because of the quality of mattress in the store . I bought a Sealy full mattress set with cushioned top for about $800 which was ay over my budget. I paid that much because it was for my kid, and I wanted to invest in a quality mattress. I trusted that they would have the best choice of mattresses away from all the worthless overpriced mattress sham game. After I brought the mattress home, I switched with mine because the bed I bought was high for my son, so I slept on the mattress for the past 6 months. Let me tell you that this by far the worst mattress I have used in my life. It hurt my lower back, and I can not imagine what if I didn't realize this and left my son to sleep on it without knowing how bad it was. Very disappointed with their no return policy for mattresses which I appreciated at the beginning , but later didn't. This mattress is not staying at my house anymore. What a waste of $800. I would suggest that they should test the quality of mattresses before they sell it. I trusted that such store with good quality furniture would have the same quality for their mattresses.This would have been one star review, but because of the nice and helpful staff I gave it three.

A little bit of North Carolina, High-end furniture, right here in Georgia. Things here are not cheap, but worth it if you value quality and craftmenship. This is not a place to go if you are looking for disposable furniture. The pieces found here are generational. The service is amazing. Why? They allow to explore and do not hound you like you are in a car dealership.

This is best place in the state of Georgia to buy furniture. The prices are fantastic and they are top quality. Jamie is very knowledgeable about everything they carry and is so patient with customers trying to decide. If you are in the market for any piece of furniture you can start and end your search here!
