ZERO RATING!!!!!!!!!!!! I was throughly disappointed with my experience here. The salesmen try to bait you into using their interior decorator as a free service but it is just a scam to get you to buy their accessories such as lamps and pillows for much more. They will not assist with the interior decorator until you put down some monies toward any purchase even if you don't want it. Its just a way for them to keep your monies and a ploy to get you to buy something. Even after getting the interior decorator, it was still not worth it. She will just try to up sell you. First visit, she put us on hold to help her boyfriends mother. Second visit she was planning her vacation and didn't really have the time to assist us. The third visit was just a waste of time. We never got through the presentation without her wanting us to purchase more furniture. Don't fall for the scam. I purchased over $8k of furniture here and I called back to cancel. It's just a headache for overpriced furniture and it's difficult to get your monies back even if it has not been delivered. The 1 800 number isn't much more help, they just tell you to work it out with the store. My advice is stay away. Their pressure sales tactics gets under your skin and makes furniture shopping an unpleasant experience. Or last thing is don't fall for their guardian protection program. They push this hard during your sale. Look up the program reviews and judge got yourself.

ZERO STAR RATING! Buyer beware; you would think in this day and age, furniture purchases would be a pleasant experience. Not with Haverty's. From the time we found about the unspoken extra delivery cost, $300 for "top drawer" service, to the failure of the store to convey our specific instructions regarding the road constraints for larger trucks, resulted in one frustration after another. In the end, the truck driver could not venture forward, the deliver representative simply told my wife that they can't, (won't) guarantee the size of truck for our delivery, to finally the local store customer rep telling us that there was nothing she could do until her manager returns in 2 days time. Don't be conned by this company like we were.

Great service from Mall of GA Haverty's showroom through to and including delivery. I had an issue with one piece of furniture that I purchased and it was resolved quickly and efficiently. James Croft was my sales person - he provided outstanding customer service. I will definitely shop there again!

Filed a claim with Guardsman and Havertys about a stain on my sectional that happened while moving and was denied. Sales people were good and furniture quality is what you would expect from a big chain furniture store. My request was denied because the warranty doesn't cover your furniture when moving it. In the past 2 years I have bought several pieces of furniture from Havertys. Will not be making any more purchases with Havertys. Spent about $1000 dollars extra on warrenties and when I called about a little stain told that if would cost to have it cleaned.
