Went to Ashley Furniture to replace my daughters twin sized bed that she'd outgrown for a full sized bed. The customer service I received was excellent! The sales person Lisa (I think) was knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction (I decided on getting a queen sized instead). Mark, the manager, was super helpful since I was not trying to go over my price range. All in all, I would definitely go back!

I visited Ashley Home store in Buford on 2 separate occasions. The first occasion I was shopping for a sectional for my living room. I was able to find a piece that would work with my space limitations and in a color that I loved. Peter assisted me and was so patient with my very talkative 10 year old that was helping mommy shop that day! He even gladly helped me move some furniture around the show room so I could get a better feel of the sectional with the optional ottoman. All knowing I wasn't planning on purchasing that day, as I was still pending closing on my new home. When returning the second time after I closed and was ready to purchase, it was so quick since I already knew what I wanted. I was literally in and out within 20 minutes! I even got a postcard a few days later thanking me for my purchase!! I will definitely be returning to Ashley Furniture for my next furniture purchase!!!

I didn't make a purchase during my last visit "yet" but I spent a good amount of time at the store. Their employees were very kind and price was very good for many of the products in the showroom. The store was very clean and products were neatly displayed. These days, they have a great sales event going on as well.

I feel like a lot of sales managers don't seem to care about their customers but Tyler was awesome! He went the extra mile to help me pick out the PERFECT couch. It matches, works with my budget, and is so comfy I could totally nap on it. :) Definitely will stop by again. Hoping Tyler is there when I do!!

My experience at Ashely Furniture was spectacular. I had such wonderful help by Lonnie Roland. He seemed to really know what he was talking about, but never acted too pushy. He wanted to make sure we got what we wanted while finding the right price. Highly recommend!
