The old man thinks he's in India I guess, because he doesn't seem to understand common courtesy and could use a stearn lesson about respect. You don't have any privacy as per there paranoid constant spying. Careful they're listening in at least.

Rates constantly change, beds are stiff, price can be negotiable.

Was able to make it feel like home when we were looking for a house. The manager was very nice let the kids play in the parking area when it was safe. Met a lot of nice people. They rent to upstanding people. Loved every minute there. And would go back if ever needed too.

Had a great time here last week. For the money I paid I was very happy with my room for the two nights in was there. Waking up to seeing the Pacific Ocean was breathtaking. Love the view and town. I would recommend t his place for a cheap price.

Worst place I have ever stayed - EVER! Stains on the walls, mold on the shower curtain. We had a full size fridge in our room - it already had food in it from the previous guest! This place is nasty beyond words.  The guy who was staying next door to us only used his room for an hour, if you know what I mean.  I'd personally rather spend the night sleeping in the car than in a place like this again.
