My wife and I are very pleased with the quality, strength, and durability of the fine, hand-made furnishings we've purchased from Amish Excellence of Knoxville.  Angela and her husband are very good, down-to-earth people; as is their salesman.  They really know both the furniture and the craftsmen who make it.  The customer service is superb and their delivery staff is excellent, courteous, prompt, and clean.  The delivery is not complete until the customer is satisfied.  All piece of furniture are inspected by Angela or her hubby and then by the delivery staff.  If there's a mark on it that shouldn't be; they replace it or repair it at the customer's discretion.  My wife an I are pleased to visit with everyone at the store and browse the latest items.  We highly recommend spending your hard earned money at Amish Excellence rather than other stores.

My experience at Amish Excellence was the best ever.  A friend (let's call him Russ) and I were looking for specific pieces of furniture one day when we stumbled on this incredible store.  I was already planning to drive to Ohio to get my furniture, but Angie was able to get the exact same pieces delivered to her Knoxville store cheaper than I could purchase in Ohio (in Amish country)!  The pieces were delivered exactly as promised and very quickly saving me both time & money.  I highly recommend you take a look at the AWESOME product Angie has in the beautiful showroom.  I tell everyone I know about my experience and you should definitely give Angie a chance to assist you with any furniture needs.  Great product and good people!  Definitely a friend for life!

Amish Excellence offers workmanship and value found no where else in Knoxville. The furniture pieces we recently purchased are exquisitely made, and are both functional and beautiful. The staff are exceptional; helpful and informative, and dedicated to ensuring you find the best fit for your needs. When you make a purchase at Amish Excellence, you are investing in a custom-made piece of heirloom quality furniture.

We have two pieces (table and chairs with a china cabinet) that Angie worked with us to design to our exact needs.  Both turned out beautiful.  We were very pleased with the process and the quality is the best you can buy.  We highly recommend!

Our experience at AE was great!  The attentiveness to what we were looking for & suggestions to make our selection even more to our taste & style was most welcomed.  We haven't received our items yet, but we were informed, prior to placing the order, it would be 6-8 weeks as all orders are handcrafted.  We are looking forward to having AE in our home.
