Always friendly and helpful customer service. The sales clerks do *not* hover over you nor do they follow behind you, yet someone is always available when you need help.
To anyone complaining about prices: you get what you pay for.

We just received the custom Thatcher Chairs we purchased from Braden’s Lifestyles Co.  The chairs are beautiful and we are so pleased with how they look in our LR.  From start to finish our experience with Braden’s was wonderful.  Carrie was our Sales Rep.  She was so very helpful throughout the process of selecting the chairs, fabric, wood, ordering and following up with setting up delivery.  The delivery people were on time and gave us plenty of notice.  We are very satisfied customers and plan to do more business with this Co.  Five Stars all around!! Thank You Carrie!!

Our experience at Braden’s was beyond spectacular! The quality of their furniture is above stellar and the customer service was some of the best I’ve experienced. Carrie Grey helped us to not only pick out the perfect sofa and love seat for our home but aided in redesigning the space as well! I have recommended her to all of my clients and friends. I won’t buy furniture anywhere else! If you’re looking for good-quality furniture that will last for years, look no further. #shoplocal
