My boyfriend purchased my “promise ring” from Andrews Jewelers four years ago. It’s as stunning as it was when he first gave it to me. I purchased the lifetime warranty. I have had missing small diamonds from time to time and it’s a simple process to get them replaced. Hopefully my boyfriend will be purchasing an engagement ring soon, from Andrews Jewelers!

My fiancé got my engagement ring here for a great price and the staff was very helpful and attentive. And the ring is gorgeous!!!!!

They sold my fiancé a diamond, while when it is cleaned - looks flawless, but after only a week of wearing it - it has a huge blemish in it. Yes, it says on the paper, but how was he or anyone not in the diamond business, supposed to know it would be THAT visible. Also, when he proposed, the ring they gave him was missing 2 diamonds on the band. Although I do love my ring because its the one that he picked, and is very special, I would never recommend this place.

Worst experience I've ever had visiting your Easton location. I was treated poorly, rude staff and was highly insulted. Contacted your corporate location and complained about your terrible staff. A week a ago my girlfriend and I came in and got a ring designed. Put 100 dollars down and told the manager I would be back the following week to pay for the ring so it can start getting made. I arrived 03-18-16 and had a Certified Chase Cashiers Check made out to Andrews Jewelers for roughly 7,200 dollars. Manager accused me of having a fraudulent check and said to return with cash to pay for my engagement ring. I went to Chase at Easton, explained the situation to the branch manager of Chase and was blown away on how I was treated. The Chase bank manager called Andrews Jewelers at Easton and explained that the check was "good as gold" and I overheard the Andrew Jewelers Manager say he felt the CERTIFIED CHASE CASHIERS CHECK made out to Andrews Jewelers was fraudulent. I returned to the jewelers with cash, cancelled my order and took my business across the walkway at Michelle Hill where i was treated with respect and spent 8,000 dollars on my soon to be wifes engagement ring. Your store provided the worst of everything associated with sales, customers service and respect i have ever encountered.

My wife and I had to rush our wedding and we needed rings fast (long story). Zach, our sales person, helped us pick exactly what we wanted and guaranteed delivery in one week. This is not usual for them. They failed to call me back on the day they said the rings would be in but we're very polite when I called to check on the delivery. The first person I talked to said the rings wouldn't be in for another week. My heart sank. Luckily, I waited and talked to Zach. He apologized for the confusion and got right to work tracking the rings down. Thanks to his efforts we had our rings in time. Excellent customer service and they weren't bothered by a worried husband-to-be constantly calling them.
