We had a salesperson named Matt. At first they lost our ring over a month ago and now they are refusing the lifetime warranty they promised us because the warranty deal ended in December. Oh my bad that we didn’t get our ring because YOU lost it and sold it to someone else. We then contacted management and customer service and they said that this ring doesn't offer lifetime warranty but Matt told us in November it did. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Specifically the Columbus, OH location. They didn’t care enough to fix our situation so we will be returning the ring and going elsewhere. Also never let Matt sell you a ring. He obviously doesn't care about customers and just wants to get his commission from customers.

We had brought in to the Polaris, OH Jared's store two expensive rings in to be sized 4 weeks ago, and were told they would be done in a week. One ring was broken by the repairman while sizing. We got a call about the damage the day before it was to be picked up. When I asked the salesman for a photo of the damage, he said the ring was already sent out to match the broken stone. I told him that we were supposed to have received a photo of the rings upon intake(which we never received). I asked that a photo of the ring be taken upon its return to the store, prior to and after repair, to be emailed. He said that was NOT possible(even though another ring we brought in 4 weeks earlier for a warranty inspection had been photographed AND emailed). Every time we go into this Jared's location at Polaris, there is a completely different staff of sales and repair people, who are LESS than friendly and helpful. Definitely won't be returning there for jewelry repairs, or for any future purchases. Truly disappointing as our prior experiences with Jared's in Beavercreek, OH over the last 10 years had been good.

I was passing through on my way back to Michigan. My watch stopped, I pulled in, they fixed it right quick at no cost! Great service!

We went into the Polaris location today and Jake was amazing to work with. We made two major purchases with such ease. We will  definitely be back in the future and look forward to our custom made engagement rings.

Very Happy with the wedding ring we designed and had made. Lisa R. was awesome to work with and she kept in contact with us thru the whole process of design, cad, cast, and real thing.  Highly recommend if you go in to ask for Lisa.
