Victoria and the management at the Diamond Cellar bent over backwards to accommodate my sister's and I. Our father passed away in January and he had bought an engagement ring for his girlfriend. He had never proposed to her yet, and they returned the ring at a store credit. Victoria worked with the 3 of us to pick out the perfect Sapphire pieces (our dad's birth stone was Sapphire) to represent our dad. I absolutely LOVE my ring, my one sister loves her necklace, and my other sister loves her bracelet. Thank you again Victoria for helping us find a little happiness in this devastating time! The Diamond Cellar has earned my future business!

I recently moved to Columbus and needed to find a jewelry store who could do some work on my rings. I googled and found Diamond Cellar, and noticed it’s very high reviews so I decided to give it a shot. And there is a reason they have such good reviews - wow! Such a great experience here. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I will definitely be going here for any jewelry needs! And special shoutout to Randy for his stellar customer service and personality!

I cannot say enough great things about our experience at the Diamond Cellar. During our first visit, when my fiance and I were still "just browsing" for rings, Michael Perise made us feel comfortable and welcome, guiding us through their extensive selection while providing us with invaluable knowledge and insight. Michael ultimately helped me choose the perfect setting and diamonds for our engagement ring. He stayed in contact with me throughout the multi-month process, was professional during every encounter, listened to my feedback, and helped me stay within desired price range. For what will be a once-in-a-lifetime purchase, I cannot recommend the Diamond Cellar - especially Michael - enough. Top notch customer service!

After 32 years of marriage, my husband and I were finally able to go shopping to upgrade my engagement ring. We went to Diamond Cellar in Easton telling ourselves we were just going to window shop, since we had just started looking around town for rings. After we entered the store and were pleasantly greeted, Marcie Gold was the Diamond Cellar representative who introduced herself and offered her assistance. She took the time to chat with us, find out a little about us and what we were looking for. In that one visit, she was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for in a ring. It was the best experience we had ever had. Diamond Cellar is able to work with you no matter what you are looking for or what your budget is. And we highly recommend working with Marcie. I know that the ring we purchased was the not the biggest sale that she ever made but she made us feel like it was and she made our experience very enjoyable.

Jeff and Randy here at the diamond cellar are AMAZING!!!! I needed a repair done in a necklace ASAP to which 6 other stores denied me. These guys here were very kind and helped out the moment I needed it. I will DEFINATELY be back here for all jewelry needs and wants. I HIGHLY recommend everyone too this store.
