I brought my cell phone to this location and they were able to help me fairly quickly. It turned out to be a lint build up in the charging port. Quick and easy fix, and much appreciated.

Customer service? A lost concept at Apple Arden Fair Mall. Extremely rude!  They "LITERALLY" call the "SEAMS" in the floor their service wait lines.. now how one determines which seam is a wait line for pickup, repair or ? Nobody knows I guess this is what Apple calls seamless integration... The arrogance that is Apple defiantly has a trickle down effect from corporate down to their stores.

TRUELY SHOULD BE ZERO STARS! This store is a nightmare.  Do not bother to make an appointment for the repair bar, I made one and sat watching people arrive after me get serviced first.  I see the workers struggling to get through the mass of people and feel so sorry for them.  You would think the genius that created Apple would have more than 2 stores to handle the influx of supporting customers that spend good hard money for an overpriced product. When my Mac dies, I will be going another brand - more than likely a Dell or HP. Now, I have researched and found some good independent repair guys in Sacramento and their reviews seem good.  Has to be better than going to that nightmare.  Apple - your customers are valuable - get back to the basics - QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE.

**DONT GET YOUR BATTERY REPLACED HERE!!!** Okay so my phone needed a battery replacement. I had bought my phone used and was unaware that the battery had been replaced with a non-Apple certified battery. Anyways, I was really excited when I took in my phone because the man that helped me was very nice and assured me they could fix it. However, after going back (after 3 hours) they told me they could not touch the phone because it had a non Apple battery. They would NOT change it out. So, I was very very frustrated. Anyways, if you need to replace your battery, I would recommend going to Batteries plus Bulbs on Howe Avenue. They were very helpful, Apple has certified the battery they use (even though it is still not and Appple battery, they will irk on your phone if needed), and it was so much cheaper than the Apple Store. Also, the gal did it in about 3 minutes!!! It was awesome. I am never going back to and Apple store ever again.
