No Wi-Fi for customers. Seriously?? So I buy a new phone from you and you make me use 6 Gigs of my own data plan when the new  phone syncs up to the network instead of you providing me free data upon set up. Use one of your wireless hotspots to give your customers free WiFi. What gives?

Horrific service. They don't know how to wipe phones correctly and after having to have Sprint corporate and Apple management involved to try to resolve this significant violation of privacy for well over a week, I can tell you without a doubt to never, ever, ever trust this 3rd party association with your Sprint phone for any reason. I'm reporting Randy, the manager, to Sprint sales. He's aggressive, obtrusive, incredibly rude on the phone and then backs down in person. Do not come here!

Been dealing with this store for the past six monts trying to fix my problem they lost my phones never paid for my transfer im in collection with t-mobil. Becase of this stupid employees at this store in side the arden mall

STAY AWAY if you don't need a headache. Horrible customer service! Promise a lot but all they need to sign you up for the service and get their $$$ They will ignore you after!    I wish I could give them 0 stars...
Shame on you SPRINT to have those kind of representatives !!! I'm sick of calling Sprint EVERY month to fix my payments!

They said they have a gift card after I purchase an item with them. They said I don't have to do anything. Don't believe because even the manager is a big liar . I Bought my item dec 24 then I followed up after 1 month. They said its fixed I called the sales agent. He is always not avail. I reached to the manager and he said it's fixed but up to this day no gift card arrived. Staff is not polite. I felt I dealt with with some ghetto people who does not no customer service and word of honor .BEWARE! I won't recommend sprint
