This is a great store! I mean it, this store rocks.  The staff are always helpful, but are willing to let you be if that's what you want.  Who couldn't like a store that lets you enjoy the massage chairs even when they know most individuals will not be buying it.
Brookstone has all sorts of neat gadgets and "toys".  Some range in moderate prices to pretty expensive, but they have a great selection of items!
Can't help but stop in here to see what's new all the time.

I like their massage chairs, but they are expensive. This store has everything you wanted to have, like massage chairs, cold pillows, speakers, etc.

Horrible,  is the best way to describe my experience.  I walked in, and the associate (tall male) greeted me with "go ahead ". After I waited a few minutes I observed him greeting others with a friendly "Hi, how are you today?".  After he observed me waiting he then said "Was there anything you needed?". I responded, and he led me to a product that I couldn't even fit in, and was extremely embarrassed.  My legs/thigs were too thick. I believe my experience would have been more positive if I would have received a friendly welcome, and if the employee was knowledgeable of the products that match my  needs. I am working out 5 times a week, and all I needed was a massager that would help ease the pain in my legs and ankles after a workout. Horrible service, unfortunately. Good luck shoppers!!

I enjoy most of the staff here.  Always attentive to any customers, including myself, and I highly recommend this location.
