Great customer service.  They were all very understanding to my unique problem and were able to fix my device free of charge.  I can’t promise that this will happen for you though.  Apparently it didn’t for some others in these reviews, and that can happen.  I think a lot depends on your specific situation, who your technician is, and the company’s policies.  But even If something accidentally happens to your device that voids the warranty, just be fair and honest with them about what happened and you might be surprised at what they can do for you.  I think some people go in there playing dumb when something breaks and then get stiffed for it when the staff figures it out.  They’ve saved my butt 3 times now, and only once have they not been able to help me out.  3 saves out of 4, that’s not bad for a computer company that sells expensive, high-end products!  Apple takes care of their customers a lot better than many other company’s out there do for their consumers.  This store is a reflection of Apple’s gold standards, and is a reason why I remain an Apple user after so many years.

Worst experience ever. If I could give this less than a 1 Star I would. Spent over an hour here last night due to my phone malfunctioning. They supposedly fixed it. Less than an hour later it started having the same problems. I am back here today and was told it would be a 1 hour and 40 minute wait. I have been waiting longer than that and they just told me it will still be another hour before they get to me. If they would have just fixed it last night like they should have I wouldn’t be sitting here wasting my entire day! I hope I NEVER have to come back here again!

More sales than service. Always 2 or more hours. Call and wait on hold for 30 mins or more. I don't know how long because I can't stay on hold long enough to get an answer. Maybe some of the 30 sales staff in store could help with phone support or tech support.

Bought a new Apple Series 3 watch for my birthday and had the watch about 3 weeks. Noticed a small crack where the screen attaches to the case.  The watch had not been through any accidents nor had it been dropped. I made an appointment with Apple to look at the watch and while waiting the screen popped off the watch. Apple refused to do anything about the watch unless I paid them $250.  I would avoid buying this product as it is poorly made and Apple refuses to stand by their products.

I live out of town and called to see if they had the air pods in stock before driving over and the lady said they had one pair and asked if I wanted to reserve them. I asked if they had several so I could just come buy them and she said she couldn’t tell me that but they did have one pair and if I wanted them I would have to purchase them over the phone. So I did, I drove over to pick them up and they said they aren’t ready to be picked up because I have to wait for a confirmation email and text message to pick them up WHEN THEIR SHELVES ARE FULL OF AIRPODS. So now I am having to sit at the mall and wait for a text in order to get them. I am not impressed with this store.
