I called and they answered...a real, cordial, polite person!! Explained my issue, they believed it was a battery, checked to see if they had one (they did) and said they'd be around all day. Went by...greeted, helped, and out in less than 20 minutes!! Old-fashioned service from a young team!! Awesome!! And, it didn't cost a fortune!!

Went in to swap screens from one phone to another It was an iPhone 7 and Nancy was the one to take of me and did a great job she was amazing and sweet I most definitely would recommend if anyone needs a replacement! Nancy thank you so much I appreciate the attitude you had knowing it was a little annoying swapping the screens

Not impressed took phone to get screen replaced on my wife's phone. Waited the 30 minutes for them to replace it and drove 20 minutes home. She goes to use it and part of the screen doesn't work at all. Had to drive another 20 minutes to drop my phone back off and wait another 40 minutes. I feel that testing the repair before you give it back to someone is rather important. On top of that they stripped a screw and the resolution was don't worry it's not that important

Excellent technician in the Nampa store.  Great job these people do!  Fixed my iPhone 5 that had an issue that was hardware; fixed my iPhone 6 as well, and they stand by their work.  I will come again ( cause lets face it, phones just break ).  Great job guys!!!
