Bought an I-phone 8 plus from Boise best buy on Nov 24th and was told i will get a gift card through email but never got it. 4 months later i called up the customer service and they cannot even locate my order. Really !!!!

Thanks for the excellent customer service. Will never buy any thing from Best buy.

Very knowledgeable staff! Payton was great he showed me everything I asked about and answered all questions. Even checked us out so we didn’t have to wait thank you so much.

Russ was awesome.
 Bought the same refrigerator at Best Buy we looked at Home Depot; plus delivery, Home Depot would not deliver. Also bought, water line, and a full five year warranty for less than Home Depot. 
Best Buy might not be the first place you think about for a home appliance's. Ask for Russ for exceptional customer service.

We went in for a specific laptop that was advertised on sale online. We were greeted at the door and then directed to the back of the store. We had a print out to show what we wanted. They found the stack immediately and checked it right away. We picked up a subscription for office at the same time.  They were totally prepared so that there weren't any lines. We were out in a matter of minutes.

I came in here trying to buy a TV as well as a home theater set up and add ons. I asked for help 3 times.they Said someone would come. No one did. I had two what looked like managers (black shirt or sweater instead of blue) walk past me and not say a word.even though I was talking on the phone with my husband about the issue. So iv been waiting now for  almost 40 minutes with no help. Iv had better customer service at Wal-Mart. I'll take my money somewhere else.
