This is my second visit to this store (for two separate iPhone issues) and have had excellent customer service experience. Techs were helpful, knowledgeable and more importantly, very patient with me. Answered all my questions and fixed both issues as well. Definitely recommend this place for those in need of iPhone repair.

I had a small circuit board that needed some solder repair.  Not only did they fix it fast, but because of the size of the job, they did it pro bono.  Great customer service!!

They wrote my phone number down wrong so I had to call after a week to check on my tablet screen replacement. I wondered why it was taking so long. Seems competent on tech repairs but a little behind on administrative and customer service duties.

I had such an amazing experience here tonight that I will not cry next time my phone breaks. Victor P was extremely professional and kind given my water logged iPhone.  Ultimately my phone could not be repaired because the water it soaked in was a hot springs,  however instead of charging me tons of money  to attempt to fix my phone Victor steered me in the right direction and actually helped me unlock an old phone I had  on another network to get me squared away.  Total cost of my experience ... $0  but I would have been happy to pay for the amazing customer service and I highly recommend this ethical business as a place to take your broken phone.  I have complete trust  that Idaho irepair  treats their customers well.  Thank you Victor for the great experience !

Worst customer service EVER. I took my phone in to replace the charging port, but it was acting weird and that was because the screen got broke by the tech replacing the port. Got it back again and the volume was not right. Calles and spoke to the owner and he seemed to really care about my experience and said he would personally make sure I was taken care of and to call him directly if there were anymore issues. I did call because the phone was acting weird still.  I called that day and left a message for him and told the technician what was going on. I called the next day and left another message and told the technician that I was still having issues. I called the day after that and they informed me that he was a very busy man. I called today and spoke with the lady that assured me that she was his assistant and that she would make sure to get the message to him. I had to stop in there to pick up my SD card that they didn't put back in last time and Cory was there--the owner. He would not come out front to help me.  He  knew it was me and he would not come out front to help me. He told the kid to tell me he was busy.  I've never done business with this company before, and absolutely will never do business with them again.  I'm not Naggy or anything like that I just needed my phone fixed and that's their guarantee. I would never recommend this company to ANYONE--EVER.  Terrible/Disrespectful.  Terrible customer service. I honestly I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around the fact that the OWNER treated me like this.  Lesson  learned.!
