Bill was extremely kind and patient. An excellent rep. But when we needed help from the manager, Alyssa, she not only made us wait 10 minutes, but then when she came out, she literally clocked out and said "I'M ON MY LUNCH" and walked away when he asked her for help a second time. We then had to wait another 10 minutes for a higher manager (likely GM) who was extremely polite and apologized profusely. The reps were great, but they need a better floor manager. She made the atmosphere feel very immature. It was awkward and uncalled for.

Excellent customer service! In and out in 20 minutes with the item I found online. They held my product for me and the manager helped load my truck! I will come back soon!

One could do as well price wise @ Sears or JCP online without the salesman.

It starts out on January 16th, when I ordered a tv online for in-store pick up. I was excited to get a new tv, and to hopefully watch the Super Bowl on it as an official christening party for it. I was told in a confirmation email that I could pick the tv up by the 24th. I get to the store and they tell me that they never received the invoice that my tv was ordered. But that they could see the charge and that everything was right so they couldn't figure out how my tv order never came to them. Unfortunately for me, they were all out of tv's and they said that new policy was that they couldn't price match any of the other tv's they had to complete my order. I suggested that maybe they check with other stores to see if one of them had one. And after some research they told me that no other store had my tv, but they also said that this time of year, they always have really good sales and that they would call me of a tv dropped into the price point for which I paid for this tv. So I left my contact information there for the manager and left. A little more than a week passes and I haven't heard anything from them. So I call in to the store, just to be told that the manager wasn't going to be in so I should try and call on Saturday. So I call in on Saturday, and he is kind enough to tell me that there's still nothing at my price point. Could I have spent more? Yes, but should I have? No! When you make a sale, and take someone's money, you should be able to complete it by giving them the product that they bought. I shouldn't have to now pay more for an equal product just because of their mistakes. So I ask the manager for a number to call so that can work with someone from corporate. I call them and after about 40 minutes the lady over the phone lets me know that they will send me a tv from one of their stores in Virginia, as well as a $25 gift card for my troubles. She let me know that I will be receiving a confirmation email with the tracking number and my tv will be sent from their store shortly. A few days later, the 6th of February, I'm looking through my email to see a tracking number and it's apparent that I was never sent an email. Worried that the lady had pacified me yet again. I call back to the help line and talk to another lady. She lets me know that the item has been sent, she gives me the tracking number, but also says that they are all out of this kind of tv now. The tracking number I typed in said the projected arrival would be the 8th of February. February 8th, I receive a package on the mail. The top of it is beaten up, it's wet, and there is nothing on the package to say that it is to be handled with care. I pull open the wet cardboard paper on the outside of the box, which also happened to be the to of the box, only to see the styrofoam case around the tv was also damaged. After pulling it all out, assembling it and plugging it in, I get warmly greeted with a separated screen at the top of the tv, where the screen meets the plastic rim of the tv. I also noticed that there are what looks like glue marks on the top of the screen when I turned it back off. So, again, I call the help line. The lady this time was very apologetic, I explained to her everything that has happened and she told me to write an email, with attached pictures and that she would follow up with a complaint to FedEx. She said that FedEx would call me in a couple of days and that hopefully everything will be figured a week after that. In a week and two days, it will be February 17th. More than a month from when the funds were taken from my account and almost a month from when I was told I would receive my television. So for a month I have had no tv, and no 268.74 cents. Oh, and I ever received that gift card either...
