The customer service at this location is amazing and I would gladly give them a 5 star had it not been for stock issues and lack of salesmen. . I came in after researching the best price for a gift I was purchasing for my sister (a HP laptop) and went promptly to the counter as no associates were available. The young lady at the counter, I forget her name but she had red hair and a bright smile, spent twenty minutes attempting to find answers to my questions. Really made me feel like she cared, would definitely considering going back (if they have salesmen present)

Fine lines installed an Bosch double oven in our home. After only 1 month the oven stopped worked because Fine lines installed it incorrectly. We have called Fine lines continuously and can not get anyone to call us back on this issue. We were even told managers dont work on weekends so they cant help us. What a bunch of crap!  Beware anyone who is looking to buy appliances from Fine Lines. They have terrible customer service and dont seem to care that their customers have problems.

Horrible communication skills. We purchased new Thermador appliances through Ben Humphrey last August and are still waiting on on missing parts. Ben does not return phone calls and has been no help on getting this problem fixed. Avoid at all costs unless you like headaches, dealing with people who choose to ignore you.

Stopped in at HH Gregg to buy a small TV for my daughter and was greeted by Ellis. He took us over to the TV's and introduced us to another associate who helped us out. As we were leaving Ellis insisted on carrying the TV to our car...a simple gesture that will stay in my mind for years to come. He went out of his way to make my daughter feel special even tho he is on the appliance side of the store. Hopefully HH Gregg upper management knows what an exceptional employee he is.

Never again will I purchase a product from hhgreg the sales people are very rude and only care about making a sale. Be very careful they will sell you the wrong items, then treat you like it is your fault.
