We've been renting with the West Broad Showplace for about 10 or 11 years now. Thomas and Sandy (God rest her soul) have always been good to us making every effort to get us what we needed. They work with you finding the best deals and making delivery of furniture convenient to your schedule keeping things quick and clean. 

There were times when Thomas and Chris needed to assemble the furniture once they got it to our house. They did it quickly, quietly and neatly. 

When I had my knee surgery, Thomas and Chris moved the old furniture to the basement for me when they delivered the recliner sectional that I needed.

Over the span of a decade, we have purchased a washer & dryer set, flat screen tv, and a couple couches and beds through lease to own with the West Broad Showplace. We have also rented a couple items short term to get us through tough times such as when we rented the reclining sectional after my knee surgery, a recliner rocker when my mother stayed with us for a few months, a sectional when we didn't have enough room for guests, and an AC unit when ours wasn't working very well. 

We have always been satisfied with their friendly and professional service. They have treated us like family. I'd choose them again in a heartbeat over any other lease to own furniture store and I would definitely and have reccommeded them to friends and family.

I spent less time buying My Mercedes-Benz from the Jason at Bexley Motor Car Company. Also, the experience was much more enjoyable. After a couple hours, yes, hours, We decided that We were just a nuisance to the staff. They were busy talking to each other to be bothered by Our need to purchase/rent a new flat screen television.
