Robert and Jason in the electronics department went over and above to help us decide on which item would be the best fit for our need. Robert even helped with another item we needed from another department. Seth the department manager checked to see if we were working with anyone. We told him about the many employees from other departments that had approached us in the short time there. We informed him we left another Best Buy do to the lack of service and was more than pleased with the service at Grove City.

If there was a way to do a 1/2 or 1/4 star I would, Best Buy's ineptness just cost me thousands of dollars.. I've bought from them for years and when your spending money not only personally but my firm also buys from Best Buy they love ya...But then when you need them they don't care one bit! Bought a washer/dryer OVER A MONTH ago..was in stock I bought and paid for it and arranged delivery!  They call the day before to say the unit is on back order and they will deliver just the washer?? I said no it's not I confirmed it was in stock and bought and paid for it...THEY SOLD MY UNIT OUT FROM UNDER ME! A unit I paid for! Horrible...they offered to pay for the hoses to hook up the unit when it comes off back order whenever that could be??  Sold a bought and paid for unit right out from under me... Horrible.. And they wonder why Amazon is taking over...

Went to the store to ask about special pricing and also wanted to purchase Apple products. Because of where I work I got the cops called on me and ran out the store by a Manager named Mike. Mike told me that “he didn’t want to sell me anything and I was not allowed to do business at that store. Very disappointed...employees are a product of the business they work at. I never knew employee conditions were so rough for Best Buy workers.

I had a great experience at this location with my home theater purchase. I worked with Jesse Anderson and he was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was very patient with me and talked me through all the features of everything I purchased. I highly recommend Jesse for anyones Home theater needs.

i remember a time you walked in and the employees in each section knew about the products they offered, this time has long passed if you have a question they have no idea all this store is good for anymore is if you just don’t want to wait for amazon to deliver it in two days
