Had to give one star to post.. however, actual rate would be..
NO STARS!  NONE!  DE NADA!
This is no place to visit if you are hungry, thirsty or have somewhere else to go for the next several hours.  Service is extremely, magnified by 50, S L O W!!!  
Manager didn't seem bothered when we expressed concerns that out of 5 sets of flatware 3 were laden with dried food. Don't even want to get started on the food... about only 20 chips for appertizer for 2, entrees had very small portions, dried, overcooked chicken.  Expressed no mushrooms due to allergies.... Only found 3...THREE!   No apologies... offered... had to beg for drink refills..... wanted dessert...wanted out of there more!!  Save your $$$

Me and my family came for my nephews birthday, he turned 4 . We waited over and hour for food, when the food came the steak I ordered was burnt. The boneless wings over cooked, broccoli was salty. The waitress did the best she could. My son burger was raw in the middle. They re cooked it only to be raw AGAIN worse than the first one. To top it off a server brings my tab and throw it on the table. Now I'm pissed off. If anyone should have been nasty, I should have been. For an $100+ dollar tab, this happens. No... The manager removed the steak off the order bringing the tab to $84 dollars. Won't come here again. 👿👿👿👿

Great hanging with my sister,  but waiter lacked customer service skills.  My drink tasted bad but bartender personally came from bar to apologize and correct it. Also let us know about upcoming specials,  she was awesome, waiter could take a tip from her

Second time in 2 weeks coming here and the server DISAPPEARS.... We asked for for the ranch dressing she forgot to bring out and NEVER SAW HER AGAIN until she brought out our TOGO boxes!! No refill on drinks, asking if we needed anything else or nothing... We had to ask another server for ranch, and the manager brought us our entreés.... And before you say maybe she was busy with her other tables, NO there were 8 people including us in the resturaunt and 4 of them were at the bar!!! 
Her excuse was "Sorry she got caught up"..... So on the check in the tip spot, I put "Sorry your tip got caught up in my wallet"!! I HATE BAD SERVICE!!!!

Does this look like a good or even decent steak to anyone? Yea I didn't think so what's with the color? It's hard to chew. I ordered Med rare and I'm pretty sure I got Med well. First time ordering here and won't go back again plus they forgot my daughters apple juice!
