I go to Dr Solomon as well as his team member Kate. They have been great for me. And bonus, I hardly ever have to wait. One time I got there early and was seen and out before my appt was to begin! And believe me here in the PHX area that is rare. Dr S seems very knowledgeable to me.

I hope any prospective patients take into account the fact that all of these negative reviews on here are for only ONE bad doctor, Dr. Tesser. This is a practice with some truly exceptional physicians, and believe me, I have had plenty enough experience with all sorts of practices to say this. It's so unfortunate that what sounds like one very bad apple has so skewed the overall rating for this practice. It saddens me that this could turn potential patients away from seeing what would have been an amazing doctor. I know personally that there is more than one doctor in this practice (Dr. Amin, Dr. Solomon) that is beyond what anyone could even realistically ask for in a doctor, and I would HIGHLY recommend that anyone thinking about visiting this practice request an appointment with either of these two doctors. All of the doctor's assistants that I have met have been absolutely lovely, and the staff in the office is also great. I have never had a single negative experience here and I have been going for over a year and a half now.

This office is only interested in your co-pay. I have to go in just to have my pills refilled and to be told I'm doing fine every 3months. I'm seen by Dr assistants. I will be looking for another doctor soon.

My experience with providers NP Jennifer and Dr. Amin were great. However, when I had my bloodwork done there was someone else's dried blood on the tourniquet. The m.a. didn't think it was a big deal and neither did the office manager when I called. The manager kept insisting it was either "makeup," "dirt from another patient," or "maybe a patient dirtied it when going through things in the lab." A patient should never be left alone in a lab. Manager also kept stressing "the tourniquet was thrown away and moving forward a new one will be used." Which worsened my concerns regarding the health hazard and unsanitary conditions because a new tourniquet should ALWAYS be used on every patient and that tourniquet should have been thrown away regardless. Obviously cleanliness, preventing cross contamination, and following medical procedure protocols are not important at this office. This was a very unprofessional and uncomfortable situation. I've never had an experience like this anywhere else. I won't have my labs drawn at this office anymore. I hope no one else goes through this.
