I made an appointment online over a week ago. I called today to confirm my insurance and was informed I had no appointment, despite receiving an email confirmation. Then I was told I had to reschedule my appointment. Not happening! Obviously they don’t care about their patients if they can’t manage to honor appointments times or to manage their schedule.

I've been going to them for 3+ years. Very attentive to your needs. Vaughn listens and takes the time understanding the level of pain your in and works at finding a solution.

I'd like to go with one star but I can't. Dr Hogan was great to work with! Interacting with the medical staff in the back was good, and I thought I'd found a place really interested in my well being. I was wrong! If you ever have something a little out of the norm and try to call - forget it. I'd call and wait 24 hrs for response (none) tried this 5 different days. Haven't been with my pain meds for going on 3 weeks, some days livable some days screaming from the pain. The next to last day of trying to reach them, I called 3 times getting no where. The last day I called and yes they said they saw I had called before. I left the info I was calling about and was told someone would get right back to me (again). waited almost 4 hours and called again, repeated the story for who know how many times, then I was placed on hold for 20 minutes, then ask again what I was calling about. Placed on hold again, this time they dropped the call. I call back again, told them I was cut off and placed on hold again. Bye the way the pain meter was hitting 12.5 out of 10! The young guy I was talking to before picked up after a couple of minutes, then asked about why I was calling (again) and I was put on hold again for 22 minutes when he came back with bits of info, which I asked for clarification - on hold again for about 5 minutes this time. Again the info was sketchy with a oh yea, the Dr also said. Nothing really made sense and why asking what and why, he had a very condescending tone and basically said that's it. So with the pain and frustration meter pegging now about 18 on a scale of 1 to 10, self control was lost and I told him what I thought about the communication skills and customer service skills, then hung up. The next day I made my first call to the center director which was not returned. All totaled I left messages 4 times for them, no return calls. I also stopped by the office and he "was out", so I left a message again. You can guess the results, nothing. Next day I received a call saying I was being dropped, because they can't handle a customer in real pain. If they would have returned a call early on, and 5 minutes with competent medical personnel or looking at other ways to work the situation like bringing me in a week earlier - all the unpleasantness and problems could have been avoided. I hope the Doctors take heed and better the communications, and give at least the front office (if not all) some customer care training!!

I was in a lot of pain. Dr. Hogan was recommended by a fellow provider of his. I went in, I had no medications left. I spoke with a P.A Vaghn. Vaghn was very caring and spoke to me like a person and not just another patient. I then got to meet and speak with Dr. Hogan. He was very easy going and also spoke to me like a person. I left the office with a plan and care. I feel confident that he will be able to help me with my health.

I initially rated Dr. Hogan a 1 star because after I received radio frequency abrasion in my lower back I was in extreme pain. I reached out to his staff and they said in order to receive any pain medication I would have to make an appointment which was a week out. When I got there I was 3 minutes late and the P.A. would not see me and told me I would have to make another appointment and come back. I had taken the time off work and drove across town but they did not seem to care at all. So again I was in extreme pain with no medications. Dr. Hogan did tell me it could take up to 4 weeks for the pain to go away and it took exactly that. I would recommend Dr. Hogan if his office staff communicated better with him and had more sympathy for their patients. You will just have to experience it for yourself if you choose to see him or any of their doctors, maybe and hopefully Dr. Hogan has spoken to them and fixed the problem.
