I've been going to Arlington Toyota for two years now for all my maintenance on my 2015 Tundra. There are other dealerships that are closer and more convenient to drive to but the service at Arlington is leaps and bounds over any other Toyota dealership in town. They really do treat you like family. Mandi Stephens was my customer care specialist the most recent time I came in. She kept me up to date with the status of the repair and even had my truck vacuumed and washed at no extra charge. My truck was ready to go at the exact time I was told and I was in and out in 5 minutes of picking up my vehicle. I will definitely ask for Mandi when I go back for my next service.

The best car purchasing experience I've ever had. Mike, my sales associate, was the most knowledgeable car sales person I've ever encountered. I did not plan on buying a vehicle that day but walked out with a new 2018 Toyota Avalon. He listened to what my wants and needs were and suggested this was the car for me! I will definitely be back in the future. Thank you Mike for taking a usually not fun process and making it awesome!

Had a wonderful experience here this last Saturday (18Nov2017). I did a little research and went in wanting a new 2018 Camry. Cherry Moore took great care of me, showing me exactly what I asked for and working within my budget instead of trying to get me to buy the most expensive car on the lot. Their managers were fair and gave me a good price on my trade it. Was very pleased and am looking forward to getting another new car there for the wife.

My family and I have been coming here for years and we loved every experience. Today we did not love our experience at all. My mom and I come in today asking about my spare key that the dealership owed me. I explained to them that when I first got my car in 2016 that my salesman (Rob) told us that they owe me a spare key. I also explained to them that I’ve came back several times asking whether or not my spare key was done. When I first got my car they explained to me that it takes a month for the spare to me made since they did not have it right then and there. I come back a month later and asked them if my key was ready and everybody there told me that it still has not come in and that they would call me when it was ready. 3 months past by no one has called me and I decided to come back up again to ask about my key. Again no key. This time they told me that no one put in the order and that it would be put in and be ready in a month for sure. For the time being they made me a spare key without the security buttons. I decided to call them this time rather then take a whole 45 minute trip back to that side of town. The lady told me on the phone that she had no idea what I was taking about. So now here I am with my mom trying to figure out if anyone here did put in an order for my spare key and all we are getting is back talk and attitude. I don’t mind paying $300 for a spare key but I did not appreciate how rude the Used Car managers treated us. Will never do business with them again.

Arlington Toyota is a first class dealership. I purchased a 2017 Tundra in June, the sales staff was great all the way through to the finance department. Everyone was very professional and extremely nice. Arlington Toyota, in my opinion, really outshines other dealerships when it comes to service. They are by far the best customer service oriented dealership I’ve ever been to. Especially, Miranda Stephens, she has been my service rep for a couple of years (previous Tacoma owner) and goes above and beyond to accomadate my busy schedule and always provides first class service and is one of the reasons I chose Arlington Toyota.
