My car was hit while I was parked and I chose to have it repaired it the dodge dealership. They had my car for almost 2 months to fix $1700 worth of damage. I called and emailed every week and not once did I get a response. After the insurance company called me to inform me they had to close out my claim and were going to charge me for a month and a half for the rental I went to the shop. They played dumb and I got them to call the insurance company to get it straightened out. A week later I’m back in the same situation with me not being able to get a response. The insurance company called to take the same action because the dealership said my car was done. I went back to the dealership when they told me to come pick the car up and got about 3 miles away and realized I’m having to hold my steering wheel sideways to keep the car straight. I took it back to the dealership and had them call the insurance company to get me back in a rental. I was told it was my alignment that was off and it would be done in a couple hours. 4 days later I still have no car. I went back and had them call the tire shop on speaker phone and was informed the car was done 3 days ago. Now I’m sitting at the shop waiting again for my car. Finally I got it back and now the reverse camera isn’t working. These people are scam artist. They do not communicate at all. Terrible place. I have had to miss Work on several occasions to get them to do there job. Michael Worth in the service department is absolutely terrible. He refuses to do his job unless you physically come to the dealership. He will not return calls or emails to me or the insurance company.

If I could give zero stars I would, but I had to at least give one. My husband spoke to Burt the sales manager a few days ago about what we were looking to purchase and what our situation was. So we decide to give it a shot and go in. We were handed off to a girl who took us out to look at vans. We test drove one of them and then she wanted us to sit down and talk about finances. We insisted that we wanted to look at a few others before sitting down. After looking at others she tells us she will be back. She leaves and comes back with a low ball offer for our trade in and a ridiculous monthly payment. We let them know that was not going to work and where we were hoping to be at (which had already been communicated to the sales manager by my husband). She comes back with a man and after some back and forth he told us there was no way that they were going to finance and get what we wanted, but we could look at a Dodge Journey instead. We went in for a van and a Dodge Journey is smaller than what we were trying to trade in. We sat for at least 30 minutes going back and forth with him asking us over and over if we could pay $150 MORE a month than what we told them we were comfortable paying. He told me that $100-$150 extra a month wasn’t really that much. He then rudely asked where we were going to go and get the kind of deal we were looking for. Well sir, I’ll tell you where we went....down the road to Tom Bush where we have purchased every car we have owned and where we should have just gone from the start...and guess what sir?!? We walked out in a van that has a lot more options then the van you tried selling us and we are paying what we said we wanted to pay. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone and I will make sure they know how pushy, and rude their employees were. We were made to feel we had no other options and belittled. Everyone should go down to Tom Bush, ask for LT and check out their new and used cars if you are interested in a good deal!

I love these guys and gals!! Just bought my first Jeep from here and all I have to say is Travis our salesman and Troy our finance guy have been absolutely amazing. They seriously treated us like family and made our buying experience fun and comfortable. I can't really rate the service department since I haven't used it yet, but the car was clean when they handed the keys over to us and I have been having way too much fun driving it. Thank you for everything!!

Took my 16 Jeep Patriot in on warranty because the A.C. stopped blowing cold. Was fixed the same day and was called and told it might be ready by noon tomorrow if not today. The next day I got a call at 3:30 saying my vehicle was fixed and ready for pick up. Since I picked up my car just under 2 weeks ago I have received 3 text and 2 calls wanting to know if I would like to trade my Jeep in for a newer model. I have responded to all text and calls asking them to lose my number and stop calling me. Didn't know it was appropriate to take numbers from service request and start cold calling them for sales.

These guys say and do anything to get you to buy a truck or car. Lie, cheat, steal, no matter to them. It's amazing to watch and listen to them sell their souls. LOL! I had my own financing, selected the truck I wanted, could not get them to give me the Purchase Order. The Sales guy wanted to send it to my bank, site unseen, to get my loan money. Finally, after 3 days and threatening to go to the GM, I got my PO. Sent it to my bank, approved, came back to get the truck, truck al gone. They sold it to someone else. NO honor here, just a lot of BS. Not worth my time or effort. Stay away, they are slick and if you are not careful, they will get you!
