I dropped my car off 9/25/17, Monday night for a 7AM, Tuesday morning appointment - needing an oil change and for someone to check my transmission. I was told that it had to be Tuesday at 7AM because this was the only time available for transmission appointments. I called Tuesday around 4PM because I had not heard back from anybody and I was told that my car had not even been pulled back and that my adviser would call me back. It is now Thursday morning and I have not spoken to any member of your staff, but one operator and all she could tell me was that my car was brought in under my fiance's name and because of this, they didn’t know what needed to be done service wise and that they didn’t know who’s car it was. When I dropped the car off I left MY name and MY cell phone number on the envelope that held my key. I also wrote on the envelope why I was dropping it off to be serviced. Both of our names are on that vehicle and all of our contact info is on that vehicle. He was never contacted either. Further more, I bought the car at this location! So you couldn't dig a little deeper since whoever grabbed my key cant read? I have called multiple times throughout the days and I keep being told that someone will call me back and I still haven’t heard from anybody. I have asked to speak to supervisors and conveniently every time I call there is NOBODY available to speak to. I get transferred to mailboxes that have no option to leave messages. I am very displeased with service at your location and will not be bringing my car back. I also will make sure not to refer anybody to your location since this is how customers get treated. I have never known any company to not have a person available in 3 days to speak to. Very bad customer service and very bad communication. & on top of that I have had to come out of my own pocket to find other transportation. This has been nothing but a headache. I will be picking my car up from this location today. I have given up enough time.

they are great people! even though they did not have what we wanted they still looked for what we we're looking for. The manager is very understanding and easy to talk to! i highly recommend this dealership over all the ones in Jacksonville FL. i want to thank you again for making us HAPPY first time Jeep owners! I have never been so dissatisfied from the service I have received from a car dealership in my entire life. Once they close the sale, that's it. I purchased the maintenance package to cover oil changes and tire rotations. Unfortunately when Vince, the Finance Manager, submitted it he set me up for the standard plan to only cover oil changes. I paid for the Plus plan, not the standard. After some back and forth with him trying to figure out if we were going to cancel the package all together or have him correct his mistake, I decided to just have him correct his mistake and set us up for the package to include tire rotations. After a few weeks, I reached back out to Vince. No response. Since then, I have been trying on a regular basis to get in touch with him but he has refused to return a single call or email. Each email I send him, I forward him the previous emails showing the dates and times of each time I tried to contact him in hopes that this would push him along, but nothing. I called and spoke with numerous people, and nothing. What is also funny is that people there don't really know how to work the phones. Each time I call, they can't figure out how to transfer me, people are yelling instructions in the background and they are pushing buttons in my ear. I understand that you really can't expect amazing customer service from a car dealership, but I expect at least some level of customer service. I am not upset about the error at all. Mistakes happen! What I am upset about is that after months of trying to contact Vince or get some assistance, he refuses to return my calls or emails. Today I called again. Took me three calls to get through to someone and I was hung up on twice because they couldn't figure out how to transfer me to finance, but finally got someone who said he would call me back in 30 minutes. Not surprisingly, nobody called me back. If a member of management is reading this, I would urge you to please reach out to me to be sure this has been rectified. My wife is in the market for a new car and my daughter just turned 16. I can tell you where we will not be shopping for their new cars. And you can give a big thank you to Vince for that. Update! Spoke with the Finance Director and he assured me the paperwork to correct the error would be completed and the error fixed the following day. I gave it a couple weeks before calling to confirm the correction had been made and of course, it had NOT. Called the dealership again but couldn't get the Finance Director on the phone and like everyone else there, his voicemail was full. So, I submitted another online inquiry via their website yesterday and waiting for a call back... I've had this car for 6 months now. Wow.
