My service attendant has provided the most excellent customer service I have ever gotten from any dealership.  He made sure that when I had a low tire pressure warning that I was able to bring my car in same day to get the issue resolved.  He then ensured that I was informed of my options related to the purchase of replacement tires.  After buying the tires, I found out I could have gotten them cheaper elsewhere, and he went above and beyond to ensure that the low price tire guarantee went through and he kept me informed via e-mail every step of the way.  This dealership has earned a customer for life.

When I arrived at the Duval Ford Dealership with my new vehicle to get my first oil change and the tires rotated for my new 2017 escape, the team that handled my request was very friendly and courteous.  They let me know that I could come by and get a free car wash anytime.  The service to my vehicle was very quick.  I would strongly urge other Ford customers in the Duval area to continue to come here for their services.  I live in Kingsland, GA and heard about the Duval Ford service from co-workers.  It was worth the drive.

Great place to go! All the technicians are car enthusiasts too which is awesome.  Literally everyone there is really friendly and willing to help, I had to take my car there for warranty work and they made sure to keep me updated on everything and answer any questions I had,  They were pretty busy when I was there but I appreciate the time they took out of their day to answer my questions about my future plans with my car.  Will be taking my car back there for anything I need that the dealership can do.

I bought a used 2016 Kia from Duval Ford. I dealt with Patrick Gordon who was honest, fair and provided excellent service. We negotiated on the cost and I was happy with the final price. The dealership was upfront about costs, etc - there were no surprises and I was treated well.
The finance manager, Randy Lindsey, was a pleasure to deal with - excellent customer service skills and great sense of humor.
I am 70 years old and have purchased lots of vehicles for my wife and kids and this was the best car buying experience I have ever had.

Oct 2016 Anthony (Tony) Burnsed went above and beyond to help my husband and I find my dream vehicle. Sept 2017 Hurricane Irma came and destroyed that vehicle. Tony provided exceptional customer service by not only finding the exact vehicle but also making the process super easy and stress free. Thank you!
