So I totally want everyone to disregard that first rating. I was a whole lot of upset and wasn't really pleased at the moment , Mike , Mark, Cody you guys are the best. Thank you for being there every step of the way with my vehicle purchase, break downs and repairs. We have had a long battle with that compass but my baby runs great now and I deeply appreciate your understanding and patience with my crazy self as a first time buyer and not having the simplest idea of a car mechanical build😂 it's been great😍 having you guys on my team. Go AutoaMatch keep up the great work ❤️

UPDATE: I feel it necessary to update this and move it to a 3 star based on my post buying experience. In the two weeks since I bought the car: - I emailed Automatch 4 times before getting a response - My old car loan was not paid off in time, so I was charged for a car that I no longer own. - The battery died in the car which I had to replace out of pocket. The buying experience was great, but it’s been more than offset in the poor customer service and lack of due diligence in the process after I left the lot. Extremely disappointing. — Very seamless and no pressure experience. I didn't plan to buy my Jeep when I went in, but it was too good of a deal to pass up. I'm hesitant writing a review only one week after purchase as the real value will be determined in the quality of the car in the coming months. That being said, Automatch couldn't have done a better job with the process.

After waiting at another dealership for 4 hours right down the road from your place we came here on a whim and boy am I glad I did. Justin is the best sales person ever. I told him up front about my other experience and he bent over backwards to make a bad situation end good. Thanks for renewing by faith that there are still good decent "car salesmen" out there. He is a real gem!

Mike Hills was fantastic. Knowledgeable and straight shooting without all the typical games. Was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had.

I appreciate the service I received from Mike Hills. He was a good mix of laid back, matter of fact, courteous and patient. I'm happy I did business here. This is the first dealership to give an easy to understand breakdown of the finances. Thanks to Glen Ried I actually understand exactly where my money is going! Driving away happy today!
