I went here today first thing you walk in you are greeted. Just that in self just pure kindness. My husband I came in by accident here but turn into no accident we met the Dynamic Duel of Art Van furniture Christopher Fitz and Chris Marcin. There amazing customer service and product knowledge they went above and beyond in finding what we wanted and even gave us discount. I will recommend you both to friends and family. Thank you both very much for your time and kindness. So if anyone looking for furniture ask for them I promise you won't regret it!

I enjoyed shopping at Art Van. They have a huge selection of furniture. It was easy to see a lot of different styles at one time. I ended up with a Cindy Crawford sectional. It was quality and fairly reasonably priced. You should expect to be approached by a sales person immediately when you arrive at the store. Luckily, our let us roam around and would check back in periodically. (Ray) I did enjoy their sleeping analyzing machine, however I did not love their bed selection. We purchased our mattress elsewhere. The part I disliked about the shopping experience was the antiquated ordering system. It took a lot of steps for our sales person to get things in the system. The receipt is not easy to understand what you are purchasing. Also, checking out at the cashier's desk is a process. They are not happy to be there, so you are ignored. Then the process is a bit unclear, so if you ask questions everyone wants to get involved. I had to ask people to leave the area, so I could just review the details myself without their interference. Lastly, the delivery was great. The guys were really friendly. They moved quickly, the furniture was assembled well. They came with booties so they didn't track in outside dirt. Overall the experience was pretty positive.

Our experiences were great! Our sales associate, Steve, was incredibly knowledgable and helpful and answered all of our questions. We haven't received our order yet, but we know others who have shopped here and have been really pleased! Great experience- would definitely recommend!

Great selection of couches and helpful staff. I found the perfect loveseat here for a very reasonable price. The delivery team contacted me the day before & day of delivery to give me an estimate for what time they would arrive. They delivered the loveseat on time and were so friendly! Art Van made every step of the process easy for me, I will definitely be coming back!

Everyone was very professional and helpful, from the salesman to the delivery coordinators to the actual delivery people. Our couch was custom made and was delivered in the early range of expected completion. This is my second purchase from Art Van and it certainly won’t be my last.
