This was the second time I worked with Andy and his crew and cannot say enough great things! The furniture is high quality and in perfect condition. The crew arrived on time and were very pleasant to work with. They were very polite and efficient and willing to work with us to move the furniture around at the end. I would highly recommend purchasing from Furniture Outlet Chicago!

Store hours say M-F 10am-730pm. Showed up 7pm sharp on a Thursday to find a locked front door. Thanks for wasting my time I won't be back

Had an awesome experience here today. Came in with my girlfriend and we spent a lot of time testing out the couches and looking at the furniture after being really disappointed with Bob's Discount Furniture across the street. This place has a ton of really great furniture at great prices. It's in a bit of a nondescript area but was easy to get into from the back. We ended up buying a bunch of new furnture: a couch, dining set and coffee table. We've been to a lot of home furniture stores around this city and this is the most satisfied we've been in terms of quality, price and selection for our needs. The salesmen were very helpful as well. I will update the review once everything is delivered!

Bought a sectional. The couch is good and the sales person was fine too. Two guys delivered it. The guy with the hat no problems and did his job as best as he could. The older dude kept cursing and eventually broke my door. Yeah, they broke the door and left saying that it would not be fixed. I understand it is old door but why to keep cursing and using filthy language when you are doing your job. You should do something else than if you do not like your job. Thanks for the asian dude. As for the older dude, you should learn what is customer service is about.
