My friend and I recently went to Bobs, Value, and even Lazy Boy and the Room Place was by far the worst of all. The quality of products were not close to comparable and the customer service was even worse. We were looking for a sofa and possible accent chair. We decided to try out some massage chairs (as even suggested by one salesman) and then right after we switched to try out each others' chair we were met with a pushy and security guard like salesman who hated us with his eyes and wouldn't leave us until we got up from the chairs and walked away. I don't know how they expect to sell anything when treated people who could have just dropped $1k on a chair like they are children jumping on the furniture. I was very happy to take our business elsewhere.

Just shopped at The room place with General manager Steve and sales rep Ron...with patience and knowledge which help seal the deal of a very nice bedroom set. The set wasn’t on the floor but they were able to help me visualize the set based on their knowledge of the furniture which allowed my ability to make an informed decision to purchase. Happy with the service⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Great job guys!!

Wish I could have rated lower. The sales staff was friendly and we thought we were getting a "good deal" from them. Bought a living room sofa and chair on one trip and a complete bedroom set on another. Got every warranty they offered. I didn't even ask for a discount. I spent 20 years in the car business and define a good deal as "a product you like at a price you can afford from someone that takes care of you after the sale". Well, after about 5 months or so, the boxspring decided to squeak every time you move. I looked and found the noise coming from where one of the springs doesn't completely touch the wood. Called them up and a tech came out. He even found it to be an issue and said they would email us in about a week to tell us how we'd get the new boxspring delivered. Well, about a week and a half later, we got a phone call. Since the boxspring wasn't warped, they deemed it as OK. Doesn't matter that it wasn't built correctly, it matters that it still sits level. Doesn't matter it wakes you during the night when you roll over. It still sits level. If you are in this neighborhood and looking for furniture, RUN. Run and don't walk to another store. There are plenty close by. I figured I would get at least a couple years out of the furniture. That is all I wanted as I'll be moving from this location. I can assure you, I won't be going to The Garbage Place to furnish that home. I realize your product isn't top shelf, but your customer service should be. If you can't stand behind a product, don't sell it.

I was in a few days ago to buy new beds for my kids. Humberto helped me out and was very patient with me as I wasn't very sure of what I wanted. He was able to show me the difference in quality from bed to bed. Financing was a breeze and was very easy to understand the way it was explained to me. I'll be sure to go back and ask for Humberto for my living room set and I recommend everyone else do the same.

My sister and I worked with Ronald to buy our couch for our brand new condo and he did such an amazing job! Did not push on anything we did not want. I highly recommend requesting and working with him when you visit this location!!
