I am extremely disappointed, I purchased a beautiful piece of artwork here. I paid full price in store and asked if there would be any upcoming sales or promotions. My sales associate told me to check back for Memorial Day. I purchased the artwork full price in store and was told that my artwork would be available for pick-up at the end of September. I purchased the art in the middle of August. While in the car in my way home I checked the price of the artwork online out of curiosity, it was on sale about $20 cheaper than the in store price, I called and was issued a refund. I was very appreciative. I recently got a call, I was hoping they would say your painting is here early they told me I would need to wait another month for the artwork. I was upset, I requested a reason behind why I would need to wait another week when the store had 3 paintings hanging in their showroom. I am trying to be understanding but after paying $160 for my painting I really just want it in my new home.

My wife and I decided to check out value city. When we were greeted it seemed like the sales associate only cared about herself and instantly gave us her name without asking ours. As soon as we said we would be back because we had to measure, she stopped helping us even though we still had a lot of questions. We felt so unappreciated that we left the store and went somewhere else.

I just wish I could give this place negative stars... Don't buy here! The employees follow you around the store, as if you were going to steal something. Delivery is a freaking nightmare. Not only the delivery men are rude, they don't even try! They come in, look at your place, and then decide whether or not the furniture will fit. Then, if you live in a 2-3 story building, they will attempt "to negotiate" and give you the option of pulling it up through the balcony, by charging you an extra fee, and not taking responsibility if any damages occur. If you try and ask them to please try to fit it, they will refuse and leave, without allowing you to finish the sentence, because you know, they "have other stuff to do". Make sure you track your order and make sure to not have Sergio Gonzalez and Felipe Diaz deliver your stuff. They should be fired for the horrible customer service they provide! And this company honestly should just even retire from the market! I regret not reading all the bad reviews it has before making my purchase!

I purchased furniture from Value City and the delivery was a nightmare. Then when the furniture came I noticed the quality was poor and looked nothing like it did I'm store. Most if not all of the pillows had threading that was coming out. The sofa even has thread coming out. I contacted customer care and was told someone had to come out and look at the furniture to assess issues. Setting that up was a disaster...then when that finally took place...I didn't hear anything back. I ended up calling and was told only the pillows would be replaced and that would take 12 weeks. I called today to get status update and was told that it takes two months to get replacements from manufacturer. I let the customer care agent know that I was so dissatisfied with quality of furniture and service I received. In the end the agent said I should contact the store location I purchased furniture from. I'm annoyed...shouldn't the customer care specialist contact the store. Seems like that should be handled internally through Value City

Great value for money, staff are helpful, paying and setting up deliver over the phone was harder than it should be. Was promised Saturday delivery at the shop but when I called they said I would have to wait a month! I'll update this once I get it delivered.
