I went into the store looking for a leather love seat that incorporated electric controls, tall back AND long leg support. My sales person, Jeannie, greeted me with a friendly hello and smile. She was knowledgeable about products available, attentive to my specific requirements and very helpful navigating the large, well-stocked store. Jeannie helped me explore all in-store options. While we were unable to find the specific piece I requested, she is checking with the supplier on availability. The store is spacious, clean and well lit. I HATE shopping, but this was a very enjoyable experience. For furniture needs, I recommend checking Ashley HomeStore on the Newport Hiway.

I purchased a sofa, love seat, and ottoman. When they were delivered the combination was just too much for my home. I went back to Ashleys and not only did they take back my love seat and ottoman, with NO restocking charge, they still gave me amazing deals. The chairs I chose were not on sale, but he took $100.00 off each of them anyway. The new ottoman I picked out also was not on sale, but he took 50% off its price. As is that wasn't enough he also cut my delivery charge in half. Oh yes and he also moved furniture from one side of the store to the other so I could see different pieces together... I have NEVER gotten such amazing service and prices. They will be my "go to" store..

Very good service. Bought a piece that would not fit in the room. It was our mistake but the store made it right and offered an exchange for a more appropriate item. They were patient and helpful. Great experience.

Truly had a great purchasing experience! The pricing was better than comparable stores and the selection was impressive. The salesperson was knowledgeable and friendly. It was refreshing, since you don't always get a good sales experience these days.

Bought a couch and protection plan earlier this year and almost $2,000 later- it's taken almost a month to fill a claim for a stain. WITH A PAID PROTECTION PLAN. After three weeks I finally gave them a call back and was informed the person I originally talked to was out of the office due to an "emergency" (which I understand because life happens) but does that mean the company stops running and I couldn't even get a call back? Got them on the phone today and they transfer me back to the corporate office then the corporate office informs me my location I purchased from has a new owner and they no longer service my area. Again, excellent communication on their end. So now what? My plan is null and void? Well I call the claims dept back and am told I will have to be called back next week when my original claims person is back in the office. So apparently one person runs the whole show and when shes out- the claims can't be processed. So going on a month now with the same stain I've put multiple claims in for with not even a return phone call (they even ask for a text picture of said stain which I waited on the phone until I was informed they received the picture). All in all, I am having second thoughts about purchasing anything else with this company again. Seems like the only quick actions they take is when it comes to your money.
