My husband and I have been shopping for a new sectional. We had looked around at a few different warehouses in the area and decided to stop at Mor. Carlos greeted us when we walked in and was great to work with throughout the whole process. He made us feel like there was no pressure to buy but was still very helpful and knowledgeable about products. This made it very easy for my husband and I to decide to make our purchase. We ended up finding a great sectional within our budget and they are able to deliver to our home which is in a rural area outside outside of the tri-cities. Needless to say, Carlos was awesome! He was professional, personable and we had a fun experience just chatting with him while we shopped! Thanks for the great experience!

Once we started talking to Abel he showed us to a couch that fit our needs. They don't have the largest selection, but they have some great deals. The staff was helpful without being too pushy. Good shopping experience.

Lance was very helpful without being pushy. He even carries a tape measure to help make sure the furniture would fit in your home. He was knowledgeable of the product as well as protection products available. I highly recommend Mor Furniture for great customer service.

Great guys great help. No pressure but great suggestions to make my room beautiful! Thank you Able and Jerry! And I'm thrilled about the sale price guarantee. If it goes on sale in the next year, I get the difference back!
