6 Stars for customer service! Way to go Jay! From my first phone call, Jay was over the top awesome!!! He was extremely helpful and followed up to make sure we were satisfied and happy. I am from the west side and needed furniture for my elderly parents pronto. He was outstanding at locating what I needed FAST! The quality of their new couch and table is very high end and the price was reasonable. THANK YOU FOR AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! We definitely recommend highly!

Bought a Couch and love seat in July. The Foot rest on the couch quite working two days later (its electric). They sent some one out a week later to fix it. The fix lasted two days and it quit working again. It is now Mid October and the couch is still not fixed. 4 people at Furniture Row have told me they would replace the couch and I still have not seen it. Do you self a favor and stay as far away from Furniture Row as possible. I am only giving on star because you have to, to be able to post other wise I would give none.

Awesome couch, great experience buying it and delivery was timely. DO NOT MESS WITH THEIR FINANCE PLAN. Unfortunately I never received a bill even after calling and asking the store and them reassuring me it would be there soon. The financing agency filed my bill delinquent twice and reported it to the credit bureau. I paid in full for the couch but unfortunately it will take months for my credit to go back up the 20 points I lost. Great couch though!

No one acknowledges when you enter. If someone comes to assist you and leave to go check on something for you, it takes forever.
