We purchased our couch from Mike here in September (2017). While we absolutely love our couch, we had been searching all over for something and didn't fall in love until we came here, we have been even more blown away by the customer service we received. "Big Mike" (as his name tag says) is extremely knowledgeable, was not pushy at all and asked us multiple times if we were happy with what we were looking at, if we were sure it was the right one. He made sure we wouldn't have buyers remorse. And once we left is when the customer service level only got better.. Our pillows are on back order. Mike checks in every so often with an update on the pillows, so we know they are still thinking of our order, and with tips and tricks for keeping our couch in good condition. We look forward to purchasing more furniture from Mike and Behars in the future!

We began visiting Behar's before we were married -- nearly 40 years ago. We bought our entire household's furniture -- all three rooms -- from Behar's back then. We keep coming back to them as our reference. Our search for a new kitchen table and chairs began elsewhere, and took many hours on the World Wide Web, but when we came back to Behar's, we found the same high level of quality that originally convinced us. Not only was Rosemary most pleasant and very helpful, she offered us the set we wanted -- including delivery and assembly -- at a very competitive price. The delivery team was courteous and efficient, and when one of the chairs was found to be flawed, they ordered another and delivered it within a week. When we found damage on another chair, they replaced that one at the same time. We will continue to hold up Behar's as our standard, and we happily recommend their products and service to anyone.

I bought several pieces custom but reasonably priced! I didn't have any issues and the delivery was convienant and helpful!

Very disappointed with the customer service. When we walked in a gentleman who worked there was sitting on a couch and got up and walked away from us. We walked to the other end of the store and walked by a lady vacuuming. She finished vacuuming before approaching us. She wasn’t helpful at all. Didn’t offer to show us more items when the item we were looking at wasn’t in our price range. Ended up telling us to holler at her if we had questions and we never saw her again. As we left, we walked by the desk where several staff members were sitting and not one acknowledged any of us. When we went to Erickson furniture next door they were absolutely fabulous. We will never return to Behars.
