Walked in looking for a couch set but also found a dinning table. They have great furniture (we’ve bought a dresser from here before) and price is reasonable. Their staff was very friendly and much better than other places I went furniture shopping at and didn’t receive a good customer experience. I definitely recommend this place.

Customer service is awesome! Got greeted the moment we came in and the sale woman was very engaging and helpful. Furniture was pretty decent but the prices were on the high high side for South Everett.

Tldr: they sell overpriced, poor quality merchandise without support

I bought a set of couches worth a few thousand dollars from these guys. Within 2 years of normal use, the leather (they didn't tell me the poor quality of the leather) began to peel. 

Too bad, I was told. They won't consider repair or replacement because I am outside of their 1 year warranty. Their overpriced protection plan - which I also bought- didn't cover fabric issues so likewise out of luck. In short, if you want to spend $3000 on a couch that will only last you two years, these are your guys. 

If you want something reliable or a company that stands behind their products, best look elsewhere.

We purchased a Living Room set from these guys. They have a pretty decent selection with reasonable prices. We had an issue with our order being delayed, but our rep, Aaron, made it right and took care of us. We are very pleased with his service. Now my wife is happy and off my back......YES.
