We shopped 3 tables, 1 nightstand, and a large cabinet there. I opted in picking up myself with my Golf wagon. The "delivery" guy named Rey helped me all the way out, trying different angles to fit everything into my wagon. He jumped up and down the platform, pushing boxes to the car, and then into the trunk. Because there was too much stuff, we tried for 20 minutes, almost gave up twice and nearly concluded I needed a 2nd trip. But eventually we managed to put everything in the wagon. Rey has been the most helpful staff since my furniture shopping experience. Thank you Rey!

It's is the FRIST time I rate ONE STAR.   The management in deed the WORST out of entire Seattle furniture sells.  
1) We agreed the bed frame &  mattress will be delivered on week1, but only bed frame were delivered,not mattress. 
2) They KNOW  the deliver gonna be late but didn't tell you. Because that my friends who came that week had to stay in hotel.
3)  Week 2, mattress still not delivered! They want to dump the sample mattress to me as original price.  They said it is as good as new.  
4) finally week 3 they made the delivery.  Deliver guy doesn't shoes off.   
5) The manager (Donna) is an arrogant and cold person. When I propose alternative solution to purchase something else with discount rather than let her compensated my friends due to their faults.  She asked me to leave and threaten me.  I am a cool person,  as a customer I never been treated so unfairly.   The sells jahphet is very reasonable and customer focused.

We started our search for a new bedroom set at furniture factory direct and found one we really liked that was very affordable. We decided to go look at other options and spend an entire Saturday looking at different places. Although we found some great sets at other places the prices were just ridiculous and no stores we went to had any affordable options that weren't pieces of crap. In the end, we ended up right back where we started at furniture factory direct. We got an awesome bedroom set that actually looks like it we paid a lot more for it than we did. The quality of the furniture is great, the price was great, the staff was awesome, and the buying process was easy. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for good quality furniture at a cheaper price to start here.

If I can give less than one star i would!!! Very very unprofessional! We ordered a couch they had on display, said it would be 2-4 weeks. Sounds acceptable, until you end up waiting 6 weeks for your funtiture. Michelle,( the woman who helped us with our purchase), was a nice lady. But after waiting 5 weeks in I called to complain to the manager(Donna). She seriously did not want to compensate me for waiting so long, and then TOLD ME TO BE PATIENT!!!!!after which she docked off the delivery fee and gave us the upgrade for them to put it together in our home.which in my book waiting so long and telling the customer to be patient for a couch that we paid $1515.47 for is just ridiculous.   Then after the 6th week mark it finally came. After putting it together it was missing a piece. We had ordered an extra ottoman but it was missing an armless piece! Calling them again, Donna then lies and said she said it was gonna be on backorder for the last piece,( spoiler alert: she didnt say that at all!!). Overall stay completely away from this place. DONNA is rude and really unwilling to correct their mistakes or take responsibility for the actions of their delivery service or warehouse issues. I'm a chill person. Just be honest and whe. You screw up something pretty pricey for the customer? Compensate them. I'm not asking for an ass kissing! Just be cool dude. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE EVER!!!!

They forced me to upgrade the sofa after purchase of two days or asked me to cancel it. staff is rude and extremely unprofessional so much that I'm complaining it to consumer court
