Sales rep who helped me was very knowledgeable and patient.  Process of making my purchase was simple, but one item was not in stock at the store and had to be ordered. That’s where the problems began.  First of all, I received a call from their service center that handles delivery of ordered items to tell me my server did not arrive as planned and delivery would have to be rescheduled. We selected a new delivery date, and the following day they called again to say it did arrive and could be delivered as originally planned.  Great! That was better anyway. Well, I had all my items delivered and the one item that had delayed the delivery because it had to be ordered was brought into my home and placed where I wanted it.  I opened the cabinet doors and discovered that the shelves were broken. The delivery man helped get the process of replacement started immediately, but with so much flu going around, I wasn’t too happy about having to use his phone to confirm the damage and schedule delivery of the replacement.  Then the calls began again delaying the delivery date. This happened several times so I told them to forget it and give me a refund. I will not order anything from them again. If it isn’t in the store, I’ll go elsewhere.

Our visit to the Ashley Home Store was very nice.  We were greeted by a friendly young associate who guided us to the style of furniture we were looking for.  He spent time demonstrating the couch and helped us find matching pieces.  We didn't feel pressured to buy but we felt that we were receiving good service and had found great furniture at a good price so we decided to make our purchase that evening.  We also like Ashley's business motto and we wanted to buy from a company that made their own products.

Excellent selection and quality. The pieces we found were perfect and the staff was very helpful. My only complaint is that once we were ready to check out and pay, it took over 30 minutes to get processed and checked out.  Otherwise, it was a great experience and I'll shop with Ashley again in the future.

We had been shopping all day for a dark gray sectional and was about to give up. I happen to look on the Ashley homepage and found a few on there. So we went to the store and they had several to pick from. We found the one we wanted at a real good price and a high quality sectional.  Salesman was very nice and we love the sectional. They have good prices on all furniture and a wide variety of everything. Very pleased with our purchase.

It was great to go in and find exactly what we wanted. There was huge selection to choose from. However it only took moments to find the farm house, cottage style bedroom we wanted. We customized the order to have the 8 pieces we wanted and Robert Davis quickly rang it up with a quick delivery date an Awesome sale and we were on our way home! Great selection and prices with friendly staff!!!
