My husband and I have been looking for a new sofa and hadn't seen anything that just grabbed us. On a whim after work yesterday we decided to check out Hanks in Bentonville. We were greeted by Harrison. We let him know we were just looking and he let us know his name and he'd be available if we needed him. That was refreshing as there was no "stalking" us like in other stores we have visited. He could tell we were very interested one of the sofas and came over to ask if we had any questions and started telling us about the sofa. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He took the time to get to know our needs, the look we were going for, addressed our concerns. He was top notch. He answered any and all questions without hesitation. I had one question he didn't know off the top of his head. He went and found out and returned instantly with the answer. We decided on the sofa! We had a question about something else and whether it would work. He whipped out the tape measure and answered the question right away. He was so prepared! It was just such a wonderful experience. I might also mention that we didn't notice what time they closed. When we walked out we noticed they closed at 6pm. It was 6:02. Not ONCE did we feel like we were being rushed out the door because they were closing. Quite the opposite. We had no indication they were about to close. We actually felt bad when we realized. We will not hesitate to come back here for our future furniture needs!

Spent a thousand dollars on a furniture set that CRACKED after a few months use! The wood they use is absolutely cheap! Cheap cotton spilling out the sides, our children nicked themselves on a staple! I am just floored at the price we paid to have it break in the back from normal use. We opened it up and the top wood was this dry, splintery white wood. Made to break!

Still reeling over the way in which I was treated at the Hank's Furniture store in Bentonville. I chose and paid for a recliner as a surprise for my husband. I was told they had a 7-day return window should he decide not to keep the chair which would arrive at the store for pickup the following Friday. Before the chair reached the store, I changed my mind having read poor reviews about the manufacturer. I was told I would have to pay a 25% restocking fee ($179) if I wanted to cancel the order. Again, the chair hadn't even arrived at the store! In the end, I got a full refund but only after two visits to the store and battling with both the sales staff and the manager for over an hour. Needless to say I will never go back. I recommend Haverty's.

A big thanks to Steve, Derek, and Damion for a pleasant shopping experience. These gentlemen were knowledgeable, honest, and eager to please. I will definitely be returning.

We purchased a couch and ottoman on July 3rd, in a 4th of July sale, once we got it delivered we found out the ottoman was too big for our space, our salesman wss the manager Steve. They let us return the ottoman. We love the couch, the service was AMAZING, so down to earth and just realistic with pricing and all aspects of the buying process. We are extremely pleased and couldn't be happier. Thank you Steve and Hanks Furniture.....
